【摘要】 目的　研究婴儿色素性神经外胚瘤的临床病理和免疫组化特点。方法　 6例婴儿色素性神经外胚瘤行HE染色组织学观察 ,并对其中 4例行多种抗体的免疫组化观察。结果　 6例婴儿色素性神经外胚瘤中 ,组织学上显示大而淡染并含不等量色素颗粒的上皮样细胞和小而深染的淋巴样细胞。免疫组化显示CK、Vimentin、NSE、SY、HMB45、PCNA、CyclinD1、CyclinD1mRNA和CDK4在上皮样细胞呈阳性表达。NSE、SY和Vimentin在淋巴样细胞呈阳性或弱阳性表达 ,S -10 0在两种细胞均不表达。结论　婴儿色素性神经外胚瘤有特征性临床病理表现 ,它来源于神经嵴 ,其上皮样细胞为肿瘤的增殖成分。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinicopathologic and characteristics immunohistochemical of melanotic neuroectodermal tumour of infancy(MNTI). Method 6 cases of MNTI were observed by H&E staining and 4 cases by CK?Vimentin?HMB45?PCNA?CyclinD1?CDK4? NSE?SY and S-100 protein.Result 5 cases were male, and 1 case was female. The ages of all cases were within 6 months. Five cases occurred in maxillary.Histologically, MNTI consists of two cell types-large light staining epithelium-like cells in which melanin could be found and small darkly staining lymphocyte-like cells. Immunohistochemistrycal showed that epithelium-like cells were positive against CK?Vimentin ?NSE?SY?HMB45?PCNA?CyclinD1 and CDK4. NSE?SY and Vimentin stainings were positive or mild positive in lymphocyte-like cells.Conclusion There were obvious features in clinicopathology of melanotic neurcetodermal tumour of infancy;MNTI is derived from neural crest cells;the epithelium-like cells were proliferating cells of MNTI.更多还原
