【摘要】 目的　观察软塑料牙合垫治疗夜磨牙症的效果。方法　超硬石膏灌制患者下颌牙列印模 ,真空热压成形制作下颌软塑料牙合垫 ,2个月后针对磨损点调牙合 ,并统计有效率。结果　治疗总有效率为 73 .5 % ,其中 ,牙合垫有磨穿现象的有效率为 5 8.3 % ,牙合垫无磨穿现象的有效率为 77% ,结论　软牙合垫能够有效矫治夜磨牙症 ,但软塑料牙合垫被磨穿者较难纠正夜磨牙症更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effection of bruxism treated with occlusal splint made of soft resin. Methods Soft resin was warmed and pressed on artificial superstones to make the occlusal splint. The data was collected after 2 months. Results 73.5 % of the patient is effective to overtake bruxism, 58.3 % of the broken splint and 77% of the unbroken splint is effective.Conclusions The occlusal splint made of soft resin is effective to treat bruxism and the patient with broken splint is much difficult to treated than the patients with unbroken splint.更多还原
