【摘要】 目的　临床分析咬合失调患者的病因 ,采用固定修复术重建咬合 ,测定治疗前后的咀嚼效能及观察颞下颌关节紊乱病的临床变化。方法　 65例经临床诊断为咬合失调病例 ,采用固定修复的方法施行咬合重建 ,并分别于修复前、修复后 3个月和 5年 ,采用过筛法进行咀嚼效率的测试 ,检查颞下颌关节紊乱病临床症状的变化。结果　统计学分析显示固定修复前后咀嚼效率有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1) ;颞下颌关节紊乱病的临床症状得到缓解 ;结论　固定修复方法对恢复咬合关系是有效的 ,重建咬合后颞下颌关节紊乱病得到缓解 ,这种不可逆性咬合重建尚需长期的、大量的临床观察。更多还原

【Abstract】 PURPOSE to analyze the reasons of the occlusal disorder after posterior teeth lost, trauma and serious wearing teeth, to observe the masticatory efficiency and the clinical changes of temporomandibular disorders (TMD) after occlusal reconstruction using fixed prosthesis. MATERIAL AND METHODS the reasons of occlusal disorder were analyzed in dependence on case history and clinical examination in 65 patients. The fixed prosthesis was used to reconstruct the occlusal relationship. Masticatory efficiency was measured with the method of sift out before reconstruction, three months and five years after reconstruction. RESULTS Statistically analysis showed the significantly difference before and after occlusal reconstruction with fixed prosthesis (P<0.01). The clinical symptoms of TMD were improved after reconstruction. CONCLUSION occlusal reconstruction using fixed prosthesis was effective to improve the function and movement of mastication. The TMD can be improved by the reconstruction. However, the reversible treatment using fixed prosthesis need farther long-term observation.更多还原
