【摘要】 目的 :探讨司法精神医学鉴定中贩毒案例的鉴定特点。　方法 :对 1985年 6月～ 2 0 0 2年 6月间本院贩毒案件的司法精神医学鉴定的有关资料进行回顾性分析。　结果 :共接受司法精神鉴定 6 5 6例 ,其中贩毒案件 37例 (5 .6 % )。 91.9%的案犯具有明确的现实动机 ,均评定为完全责任能力。诈病的发生率占本组鉴定案例的 35 .1% ,值得引起注意。　结论 :对贩毒案件的鉴定 ,要特别提高警觉 !以便为司法机关提供真实可信的鉴定结果更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the characteristics of forensic psychiatric expertise due to narcotic traffic. Method:Forensic psychiatric expertise cases due to narcotic traffic were studied retrospectively from 1985 to 2002. Results:There were 37 cases of narcotic traffic in total 656 expertise cases (5.6%).All of these cases had full responsibility. The percentage of malingering were 35.1%. Conclusion:This research shows that there are some characteristics in forensic psychiatric expertise due to the narcotic traffic. It must be paid great attention.更多还原
