百合总皂苷定量测定方法的研究

【摘要】 应用比色法研究了百合(Liliumbrowniivar.colchesteri)总皂苷的定量测定方法,结果表明:以甲醇为提取剂,采用超声波提取1h,然后以等体积的水饱和正丁醇萃取4次制备样品,按高氯酸5mL、时间20min、温度55℃的条件进行显色,根据其406nm处的吸光度和回归方程进行百合皂苷的定量测定,该方法具有简单、干扰小、准确度高、分析速度快等优点,适合于大量试样的分析。

【Abstract】 A quantitative analytical method of lily(Lilium brownii var.colchesteri) saponins was studied by colorimetry.Results show that lily saponins can be well calculated according to their colorimetric absorption at 406 nm by using (ultrasonic) treatment of the sample in methanol for 1 h,and extracting for 4 times with n-butanol(1∶1,volume),applying HClO4(5 mL),20 min at 55 ℃ for colorimetric reaction.The method established has less interference,good precision,simplicity,rapidity,and can be well adopted for determination of saponins in a great deal of lily samples.
