【Abstract】 Bamboo block softening is a key link in sliced bamboo reconstituted veneer production. In order to improve the quality of sliced bamboo reconstituted veneer, an advanced technology for softening bamboo block with high frequency heating is studied. Experiment results show, compare to traditional softening method,the technology has following advantages:rapider speed for softening bamboo block,better quality of sliced veneer and higher recovery rate of material.
