【摘要】 目的　应用自行设计的三维接骨板结合加压螺钉系统治疗股骨转子下骨折 ,并评价其临床应用效果。方法　对 32例股骨转子下骨折患者采用三维接骨板结合加压螺钉系统固定 ,术后随访时间 8～ 32个月 (平均 11 2个月 ) ,对患者骨折愈合、功能恢复及满意度进行疗效评估。结果　临床随访显示骨折愈合率 10 0 % ,优良率 10 0 %。无术中及术后并发症。结论　三维接骨板结合加压螺钉系统固定牢靠、操作简单 ,是治疗股骨转子下骨折的一种有效方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the clinical outcomes of Three Dimension Plate and Compression Screws System(TDP&CS) for treatment of subtrochanteric fracture. Methods The study analyzed retrospectively 32 patients undergoing internal fixation with TDP&CS. Follow up was performed for 8～32 months(average 11 2 months). The fracture healing, functional restoration and satisfaction degree were used to assess the clinical effects. Results Both the healing and excellent rates were 100%. No complication occured during operation and postoperation. Conclusion TDP&CS is an effective method, and its cheaper price, simpler technique, wider indication make it more suitable for treatment of subtrochanteric fracture.更多还原
