【摘要】 为了解少数民族地区大学生乙型肝炎病毒 (HBV)感染情况 ,乙肝病毒感染在汉族、土家族、苗族学生之间的差异性。对地处湖南省湘西土家族、苗族自治州的吉首大学 6 0 77名大学生进行调查 ,用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测乙肝五项 ,并进行统计学分析。吉首大学学生HBsAg总阳性率为 8 8% ,汉族、土家族、苗族学生的HBsAg阳性率分别为 10 2 %、5 1%及 4 8% ,土家族、苗族学生的HBsAg阳性率明显低于汉族。少数民族地区大学生乙型肝炎病毒感染率较低 ,且存在民族差异性更多还原

【Abstract】 To explore the infections of HBV in the minority nationality regions and the differences of HBV infection among the university students of Han, Tujia and Miao nationalities. Tested HBsAg, HBsAb, HBeAg,HBeAb and HBcAb of 6077 students in Jishou University from randomly selected by ELISA method. 8.8% of these participants are of HBsAg positive, of which the Han is 10.2%, the Tujia is 5.1% and the Miao is 4.8%.HBsAg positive ratio of Tujia and Miao national university students is lower than Han. The infection of HBV occurs lower in the minority nationality regions there is different morbidity in nationalities.更多还原
