【摘要】 目的　探讨肾损伤的影像诊断方法及其临床指导意义。资料与方法　回顾性分析 6 3例肾损伤放射诊断资料。结果　腹部平片 (KUB)检查 2 9例 ,其中发现异常 9例 (31% ) ,同时发现合并伤 5例。静脉肾盂造影 (IVU)检查 2 9例 ,其中发现异常 2 0例 (6 9% )。CT检查 34例 ,阳性 34例 (10 0 % ) ,合并伤 9例。手术 19例 (30 .2 % ) ,保守治疗 4 4例 (6 9.8% ) ,死亡 1例 (1.6 % ) ,治愈 6 2例 (98.4 % )。结论　KUB检查对肾损伤的诊断率低 ,但可发现合并伤。IVU在了解伤肾和健肾功能、发现尿外渗方面有优势。CT检查可以明确肾损伤的程度、范围及分类 ,了解伤肾和健肾的功能 ,观察腹部其他脏器情况 ,具有无创、快速、安全、准确等优点 ,是诊断肾损伤的有效方法 ,对临床治疗方案的确定具有重要指导意义更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effective diagnostic methods and clinical value of renal trauma.Materials and Methods 63 cases of renal trauma were retrospectively analyzed. Results KUB showed abnormal in 9 of 29(31.1%) and concomitant injuries in 5. IVU showed abnormal in 20 of 29(69.0%). CT , however, detected abnormal in 34 cases(100%) and concomitant injuries in 9. Surgical operation was performed in 19 (30.2%) and conservative therapy in 44(69.8%). 62 cases were healed except 1(1.6%) died of shock and concomitant injury of other organs. Conclusion KUB examination has low diagnostic rate of kidney injury, but is helpful in the detection of any concomitant injuries. IVU has the advantage of demonstrating functions of both the injured and normal kidneys. CT is effective means for the assessment of the degree, scopes and classification of renal trauma, the function of injured and normal kidneys, as well as the detection of the other injured organs.更多还原
