【摘要】 目的　探讨肾转移瘤的CT诊断价值。资料与方法　对 16例确诊为肾转移瘤患者的CT资料进行回顾性分析。结果　肾转移瘤表现为实性病变型 11例 ,囊性病变型 2例 ,弥漫浸润型 1例和出血性病变型 2例。结论　肾转移瘤的原发病灶以肺癌和结肠癌多见 ;来源于同一原发肿瘤的肾转移瘤可能有多种CT表现 ;单发实性病变是肾转移瘤最常见的CT表现更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate CT value in diagnosing renal metastasis. Materials and Methods The CT findings of 16 cases of renal metastases were analyzed retrospectively. Results Renal metastases presented as single or multiple solid lesions(n=11), cystic lesions(n=2), diffusely infiltrating lesions(n=1) and hemorrhagic lesions(n=2). Conclusion Renal metastases are mostly from lungs and colon. Metastasis from the same organ, however, may show different CT features. Single solid lesion is the commonest pattern of CT findings of renal metastasis.更多还原
