【摘要】 目的　观察 NP方案化疗联合伊班膦酸钠治疗肺癌骨转移的疗效。方法　把 5 8例骨转移的肺癌患者分为治疗组 (2 8例 )和对照组 (30例 )。治疗组在化疗间歇期使用伊班膦酸钠注射液 ,对照组为单纯化疗。化疗 2疗程后观察生活质量、骨痛评分、血清 AL P及 Ca+ + 水平的变化 ,肿瘤疗效及副作用。结果　两组生活质量、骨痛评分、血清 AL P及 Ca+ + 水平的变化差异有显著性 (p<0 .0 5 ) .肿瘤疗效差异不显著 (p>0 .0 5 ) ,且无明显副作用。结论　伊班膦酸钠注射液治疗和预防肺癌骨转移安全、有效及副作用不明显。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the response rate of chemotherapy combined Ibandronate Injection(AIBEN) on patients with lung cancer bone metastasis.Methods 58 patients with lung cancer bone metastasis were divided into two groups: AIBEN(treated with AIBEN, n=28) and controls(with regular chemotherapy treatment, n=30). After chemotherapy, the measures of life quality, therapeutic response, ALP, Ca2+ in their blood examination, tumor effectiveness and toxic effect were studied. Results The group differences of life quality, therapeutic response, ALP, Ca2+ in their blood examination were significant different(P<0.05). There was no difference on tumor effectiveness(P>0.05). No toxic effect was observed.Conclusion Ibandronate Injection is a safe, well tolerated and effective treatment for bone metastasis. It can be widely used.更多还原
