【摘要】 目的　提高对肺结核病伴喉结核的诊治水平。方法　回顾分析 2 0例肺结核病伴喉结核患者临床及诊治特点。结果　 2 0例均为初治肺结核病 ,其中血行播散型肺结核病 7例 ,继发性肺结核病 13例 ;痰菌阳性 13例 ;PPD强阳性 10例 ;声嘶 16例 ,咳嗽咳痰 13例 ,痰痛性吞咽困难 6例 ,发热 5例 ,胸闷气喘 2例及咯血 1例。伴明显结核中毒症状 14例。 2 0例正规抗结核治疗后均痊愈。结论　肺结核病伴喉结核预后佳。早期、规律及联合抗痨是关键。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To improve the awareness of pulmonary tuberculosis accompanied by laryneal tuberculosis.Methods 20 cases of pulmonary tuberculosis accompanied by laryneal tuberculosis were reviewed.Results All the patients showed initial tuberculosis,including 7 with circulate disseminate tuberculosis,13 with secondary tuberculosis,13 with smear positive,10 with purified protein derivative positive,16 with a hoarse voice,13 with cough and expiration,6 with sore and difficult swallow,5 with a high fever,2 with suffocative chest and asthma,1 with spit blood.Fourteen cases had tuberculosis toxaemia.After formal antituberculosis chemotherapy,chest x-ray could be absorbed basically and clinic symptoms disappeared.Conclusion All the patients remained healthy after they were cured.An early?regular and combined antituberculosis methodis the key for the treatment.更多还原
