经直肠超声正常前列腺声像图定量分析研究

【摘要】 目的 探讨经直肠超声正常前列腺声像图定量分析的诊断价值。方法 美国太索尼GATEWAYfx超声诊断仪与DFY型超声图像分析诊断仪连机 ,观察 10 8例正常成人前列腺内、外腺 ,分别测量其灰阶值及分贝值。结果 正常成人前列腺内、外腺灰阶值及分贝值比较无明显差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 应用超声图像定量仪对正常前列腺不同区域的回声强度进行灰阶和分贝的最大、最小及平均值的定量分析 ,其灰阶和分贝值内、外腺无明显差异 ,可为进一步探明前列腺疾病的超声定征特点与病理特性的相关性 ,为临床诊断提供有价值的参考

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the diagnostic value of transrectal Ultrasound (TRUS) quantification in normal prostates.Methods A Diasonic GATEWAY fx ultrasound system was connected to a DFY-1 ultrasound image analyzer. 108 normal prostates were scanned transrectally to display endoglands, exoglands and then the images were transferred to a DFY-1 analyzer for grayscale and decibel quantification. Results There was no statistical significance between endoglands and exoglands on grayscale and decibel quantification (P>0.05).Conclusion The grayscale and decibel level of endogland and exogland images appears to be similar. The use of a DFY-1 analyzer in grayscale and decibel quantification of normal prostate provide further clinical information for ultrasonic features and pathological foundation.
