【摘要】 目的　探讨肝动脉置管栓塞在高强度聚焦超声治疗肝癌中的作用。方法　利用高强度聚焦超声 (HI FU)治疗 44例肝癌患者。对 12例HIFU治疗前需肋骨开窗的病人 ,在开窗的同时给予肝动脉置管栓塞 ,观察其在此方治疗中的利弊。结果　此法为肝癌HIFU治疗中需开窗的病人争取了时间 ,节约了费用 ,为进一步追加治疗提供了方便。结论　肝癌HIFU治疗中需开窗的病人在肋骨切除术中给予肝动脉置管栓塞是可行的更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the role of transhepatic artery place pipe embolism in the treatment of hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC) patients with high intensity focused ultrasound(HIFU).Methods 44 patients of HCC underwent HIFU treatment, 12 were treated with transhepatic artery place pipe embolism before HIFU treatment, for observing the advantages and disadvantages of this method.Results This embolism method can save lots of time and expense for HCC patients who had to resect a part of a rib in the procedure of HIFU treatment. Furthermore it is also easier for further treatment.Conclusion So transhepatic artery place pipe embolism is practical method for patients of HCC who have to resect a part of rib in HIFU treatment.更多还原
