【摘要】 目的　探讨二维及彩色多普勒超声诊断库肯勃瘤及其与其它卵巢恶性肿瘤鉴别的意义。方法　回顾性分析经手术病理证实的 3 3例库肯勃瘤的二维及彩色多普勒超声资料 ,并与 60例其它恶性卵巢肿瘤的声像图资料进行比较分析。结果　其它肿瘤与库肯勃瘤相比较 ,在肿瘤形态、包膜、内部回声、腹水量及血流RI值方面有显著性差异。结论　二维及彩色多普勒超声鉴别诊断库肯勃瘤是简单而有效的方法更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the speciality and value of the two-dimentional and color Dopplr ultrasound in the differential diagnosis of Kurkenberg tumour from other ovarian tumours Methods The sonographyic features of two-dimensional and color Doppler ultrasound of 33 cases patients with Krukenberg tumor confirmed by operation and pathology were retrospectivoly analyzed and compared with those of 60 cases patieuts with other ovarian cancers.Results There were diffenerces in tumor shape,envelope,intratumoral echoes,the amount of ascitic fluid,and the resistant index values of intra-tumoral flow between Krukenbeng tumor and the other ovarian cancers.Conclusion The two-dimentional and color Doppler ultrasound are simple but efficiet tools in distinguishing the Krukenberg tumours from the other ovarian cancers.更多还原
