【摘要】 目的　探讨经直肠超声对前列腺癌的诊断价值。方法　回顾性分析 18例前列腺癌患者的经直肠超声检查资料 ,所有病例均经穿刺活检或手术病理证实。结果　经直肠超声对前列腺癌的诊断符合率为 83 .3 % ,明显高于直肠指检。结论　经直肠超声可作为前列腺癌普查和常规的检查方法 ,结合直肠指检及前列腺特异性抗体测定可提高前列腺癌的检出率更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the value of tansrectal ultrasonography in the diagnosis of prostatic cancer.Methods Eingteen patients with prostatic cancer were examined by transrectal ultrasonograph.All of the 18 cases underwent biopsy or operation and confirmed by pathology.Results The results showed that the dignostic accuracy rate was 83.3%(15/18).It was significantly higher than that examined by DRE.Conclusion Ttransrectal ultrasonography combined with DRE and PSA can increase the dignostic acuracy rate of prostatic cancer.更多还原
