【摘要】 目的　探讨超声引导下射频消融在治疗绝经期顽固性功血中的应用价值。方法　在B超实时动态监测下 ,以射频为治疗源 ,将子宫内膜消融器经阴道介入到内膜 ,治疗后定期B超复查 ,观察疗效。结果　 2 5例患者经治疗后 ,子宫体积均不同程度缩小 ,无 1例出现再流血现象。结论　超声引导下射频子宫内膜消融是一项安全、经济、痛苦小的微创介入治疗新技术 ,值得推广应用更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the value of ultrasound-guided radiofrequency ablation in treating obstinate dysfunctional uterine bleeding at perimenopause. Methods Twenty-five patients with dysfunctional uterine bleeding were treated by radiofrequency ablation guided by ultrasound. The uterine sizes were regularly observed as curative effect by ultrasound after therapy. Results The uterine sizes reduced in all cases, and none of the patients bleeded after operation. Conclusions Radiofrequency ablation guided by ultrasound is a safe, economical and less-suffering new interventional technology in the treatment of dysfunctional uterine bleed, which is valuable for popularization and application.更多还原
