【摘要】 目的　探讨二维彩色多普勒超声 ( 2D -CDFI)诊断主动脉窦瘤的价值。方法　对 5 7例超声诊断为主动脉窦瘤患者超声资料与术后结果进行对照分析。结果　 2D -CDFI正确诊断 5 4例 ( 94.7% )、误诊 3例 ( 5 .3% )。结论　2D -CDFI对主动脉窦瘤的诊断有很高的临床价值 ,约 95 %的病例可确诊。但易有假阳性的诊断更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the value of two-dimensional color Doppler flow imaging (2D-CDFI)in diagnosing aortic sinus aneurysm(ASA) Methods The Ultrasonic Features of 57 patients who diagnosed by 2D-CDFI as ASA were comparatively analyzed by operative results.Results The Diagnosis of ASA by 2D-CDFI with a correctness of 94.7% and a falsity of 5.3%,respectively.Conclusions 2D-CDFI has important clinic value in detecting ASA,but false diagnosis exists occasionally.更多还原
