【摘要】 人才培养模式的改革是高职教育深化教学改革的重要课题。1993年以来,高职高专教育探索人才培养模式已经实现了“实践——理论”的第一次飞跃。2000年起,高职教育开始了新一轮专业教学改革试点工作。通过再实践,人才培养模式的内涵正在不断丰富,将出现第二次飞跃。据此,文章从人才培养的目标、主体和保障体系三个层面论述了8大特征,以作为前奏。更多还原

【Abstract】 The reform on mode of talent cultivation is of great importance to the further teaching reform in higher vocational education. The first "Practice-Theory" leap, since 1993, in the mode in higher vocational education has been realized and another new round of trial reform on the teaching of specialized subjects has been well under way since 2000. Through re-practice and enrichment of connotations of such mode, the second leap is sure to come about. Therefore, the present paper expounds eight features of talent cultivation mode in the light of cultivation objective, cultivation subject and its system of guarantee.更多还原
