【摘要】 介绍快速成形(RP)技术的主要应用。RP技术可以提供设计支持,用于设计验证、装配验证、视觉评价、新产品展示;可以进行工程分析和规划,用于流体流动分析、应力应变分析等;可以进行模具/零件的快速制造,采用SLS工艺、3D-P工艺、DMLS工艺和 SDM工艺完成模具或零件的直接制造,采用硅橡胶模工艺、QuickCast工艺、Keltool工艺、喷射粘结成形工艺、金属冷喷工艺和电铸工艺完成模具或零件的间接制造;此外,RP技术还可以应用于医疗领域,用于制作医学模型、制造组织工程载体支架、制作可移植的组织器官、手术模拟等。

【Abstract】 The main applications of rapid prototype technology have been introduced. RP technology could facilitate the designing and its verification, fabrication conformation, visual evaluation and new product showing, and it could also be used in the engineering analysis and schematization, analysis of fluid flowing and stress / strain. RP technology can be applicable in the rapid manufacturing of the tooling/elements, for instance , if using following technology such as Selective Laser Sintering ( SLS ) , Three - dimensional Printing (3D - P) , Direct - Metal Laser - Sintering ( DMLS) as well as Shape Deposition Manufacturing (SDM) , direct working of tooling or elements can be available. Indirect working of the tooling or elements can also be carried out if technology such as vulcanized rubber soft tooling, QuickCast, Keltool, Spray - Printing Casting, metal deposition as well as electroforming etc. are employed. Moreover, RP technology can be applied in the medical treatment such as the fabrication of medical models, tissue engineering scaffold and transplantable tissue organ.
