一种基于模糊切换的模糊复合控制器及其应用
Fuzzy hybrid controller based on fuzzy switching and its application
【摘要】 基于线性控制器与模糊控制器的特点,通过使两者并行结合,提出一种模糊复合控制器的设计方法。该模糊复合控制器采用模糊推理完成两组控制器的平稳"切换",而且其中模糊控制器的比例因子的初始整定可由PID控制器的整定参数获得,从而简化了模糊控制器的设计。在某电厂300MW机组的实际应用结果表明,采用该方法设计的过热蒸汽温度控制系统具有较强的适应能力和良好的控制效果。
【Abstract】 A fuzzy hybrid controller is proposed by combining fuzzy and PID controls in parallel. Smooth actions of the controller during switching are guaranteed by using fuzzy inference. Moreover, the initial scaling gains of the fuzzy controller in the hybrid control can be obtained from the controller parameters of welltuned PID controller. The results of industrial application in a 300 MW unit show that the main steam temperature control system adopting this fuzzy hybrid controller has better control performance and stronger adaptability.
