【摘要】 通过了解沉降赤泥的絮凝剂的发展现状以及赤泥的物理电化学性质研究,开发了一种高效絮凝剂BKN 1。BKN 1絮凝剂与常见的A 1000(A 2000)、A 600等絮凝剂在国内四大铝厂的应用试验研究表明:BKN 1絮凝剂对赤泥的沉降分离具有明显的优越性。在相近沉降速度下,BKN 1的用量是A 600的1/3,A 1000(A 2000)的1/6～1/3;在絮凝剂用量相同时,使用BKN 1絮凝剂时,赤泥的沉速最快、液固比小、澄清液澄清度好。更多还原
