直流电弧炉水冷钢棒式底电极传热过程数学模型

【摘要】 近年来,直流电弧炉炼钢在整个行业中的比重日益增加,但是底电极寿命问题一直无法妥善解决。为此,本文以直流电弧炉炼钢中水冷钢棒式底电极为例,详细分析它在冶炼过程中的传热过程,采用控制容积法首次建立了炉底传热过程三维数学模型,并结合实测数据验证所建模型正确可靠。在此基础上改变各种参数,模拟各种情况下底电极的熔融状况,最终找出最佳的冶炼工况。从结果可以看出:在直流电弧炉炼钢过程中,输入底电极中的焦耳热、精炼期电流强度与冷却水温差对底电极熔融深度影响巨大,本文将具体阐述这些因素的作用。

【Abstract】 Of recent years,the portion of steelmaking with DCEAF in the iron and steel industry is increasing day by day,but the problem related to the service life of bottom electrode has not been perfectly solvedAs an example,this paper analyzes the heat transfer of the watercooling steelstick electrode in the procedure of steelmaking with DCEAFFurthermore,a 3D mathematical model on the heat transfer of furnace bottom is built by use of control capacity method,and the feasibility of the model is verified in the light of the measured dataOn above basis,the melted behavior of bottom electrode in every condition is simulated with varied key parametersFinally,the optimum smelting conditions are found and the service life of bottom electrode has been prolongedIt can be seen from the simulation results that Joule′s heat transferred to bottom electrode,current intensity in the period of refining and temperature difference between inlet and outlet of coolingwater have a great influence on the melted depth of bottom electrode during the process of steelmaking in DCEAFIn this paper,the functions of these factors are systematically described
