低矮颚式破碎机偏心轴振动信号分析
Vibration Signal Analysis of the Eccentric Axle of Lower Jaw Crusher
【摘要】 对低矮颚式破碎机在开机、空载、加载和停机工况下的偏心轴振动进行了实验测试,并借助于计算机,用Matlab程序对测试获得的振动数据进行了分析,由此获得了偏心轴的特征频率,为避免破碎机工作时其偏心轴发生共振现象提供了设计依据。
【Abstract】 The Vibration tests of the eccentric axle of a lower jaw crusher were carried out under the working conditions of starting-up, running without load, running with load and stopping. By means of computer, the vibration data obtained by the tests was analyzed with Matlab program, thus the eigenfrequencies of the eccentric axle were defined, which provided design basis to avoid the resonance of the eccentric axle.
