【Abstract】 Risk identification method is introduced. AHP-GRAM model constructed by the valid connection of AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) and GRAP(Grey Relation Analytic Process) of the grey system theory is applied in model identification of Enterprise Merger risk. In accordance with importance degree of risk actor, possibility of risk model is judged correctly in Enterprise Merger assessment.更多还原
