【Abstract】 The authors analyzed and compared the difference among the three technological sourcing modes, i.e. the technological purchase, technological alliances and technology-motivated M&A. This thesis describes that technological purchase with discontinuous and static process, is a transaction through technological market. It is suitable for sourcing explicit and codified technology while technological alliances may acquire process and implicit technology continuously. The technology-motivated M&A may acquire the technology with high control over the target technology in a short time. However, it involves in high initial investment.更多还原
