【Abstract】 The purpose of organizational learning is to increase the competitive advantage and innovatory competence of the enterprises, And the key to achieving the purpose lies in the effective integration of knowledge in learning. In view of the above, this paper puts forward four main relationships of knowledge requiring to integrate, and further discusses the mechanism realizing knowledge integration.
