化学法制备高长径比纳米碳酸钙的研究
Preparation of Nano CaCO3 of Acicular Crystal
【摘要】 用A4和B1作晶形控制剂 ,采用化学法制备高长径比纳米碳酸钙 ,其用量分别为Ca(OH) 2 质量的 0 .2 5 %和 1.5 % ;A4在碳化反应前加入 ,B1在碳化到 5 0 %~ 70 %时加入。晶形控制剂A4起诱导迅速成核作用 ,而晶形控制剂B1能够控制晶体的生长。研究制备出了平均粒径 (短径 )为 40nm ,长径比为 16~ 18,分散性好 ,晶型为方解石高长径比纳米碳酸钙。
【Abstract】 Acicular crystal nano CaCO 3 is prepared using A4 and B1 as control agents for crystal, chemically. Their dosages are 0.25 percent and 1.5 percent of Ca(OH) 2 mass, respectively. A4 is added before carbonation reaction and B1 is added when 50%~70% of Ca(OH) 2 mass is carbonated. A4 can induce calcium carbonate to nucleate quickly and B1 can control crystal growth. In this study, acicular crystal nano CaCO 3 is prepared, which has a mean size of 40 nm, a length to diameter ratio of 16~18, a good dispersivity and a calcite type of crystals.
