【摘要】 介绍了由粗铟生产制备高纯铟的几种方法 ,包括升华法、区域熔炼法、真空蒸馏法、金属有机物法、离子交换法、萃取法、电解精炼法等。采用预先纯化和电解精炼相结合的方法 ,控制电解液成分以及电解条件 ,可除去粗铟中的大部分杂质 ,所得铟产品的纯度符合国家In -0 5标准更多还原

【Abstract】 Some methods for high purity indium preparation are described, including sublimation, zone melting, vacuum distillation, metal organics, ionicexchange, extraction and electrolytic refining. The great part of impurities in rough indium can be removed by combined use of prepurification and electrolytic refining to control electrolyte components and electrolysis conditions. The indium products obtained can meet the State In-05 purity standards.更多还原
