水热法四氧化三锰超细粉体的研制与表征
Preparation of Hyperfine Manganic Manganous Oxide Powder Using Hydrothermal Method and Its Characterization
【摘要】 以乙醇和高锰酸钾为原料 ,利用高压反应釜水热法制备四氧化三锰超细粉体。研究和讨论了反应温度、反应时间、反应物浓度对实验结果的影响 ,最终得到反应的最佳条件。并对所制备的产物进行表征 ,经XRD进行物相分析 ,确认产物为单一相的Mn3O4 ,经粒度分析仪及扫描电镜检测 ,产物的粒径为 50~ 90nm ,为球状颗粒且没有明显的团聚现象。
【Abstract】 With ethanol and potassium permanganate as raw material,hyperfin e Mn 3O 4 powder is prepared using hydrothermal method. The effects of reactio n temperature and time and reactant concentration on experimental results are investigated, obtaining finally the optimum experimental conditions. Through it s characterization and XRD analysis, the product prepared using the method is co nfirmed to be a single-phase Mn 3O 4. The results obtained by size analysis a nd SEM measurement show that the product ranges from 50 nm to 90 nm in size, occ urs as spherical particles and has no agglomerate in it.
