海底取样对富钴结壳力学性能影响的模型

【摘要】 富钴结壳宏观力学性能参数是富钴结壳采矿车设计的关键参数之一。针对深海取样 ,建立了海水压力变化对钴结壳作用的数学模型 ,计算了取样时由于海水深度的变化而引起的作用于钴结壳上的附加压力 ,并利用SEM和OM研究了结壳微细观形态。结果表明 ,在取样速度不大时此种附加压力很小 ,结壳样品中未观察到由于附加力的作用而形成的微观裂纹 ,取样对富钴结壳力学性能影响不大

【Abstract】 Mechanical parameters of cobalt rich crusts are the most important parameters for designing cobalt rich crust miners. Deep sea sample collection leads to change in the pressure acting on cobalt crusts. In this paper, a mathematical model which can describe the impact of the change on cabalt rich crusts is established. The additional pressure acting on cabalt rich crusts is calculated. The additional pressure is caused by changing of seawater depth during deep sea sample collection. The microstructure of cobalt rich crusts is investigated by SEM and OM. The results have shown that no fissure forming by the effect of the additional pressure is observed on the sample of cobalt rich crusts. Therefore, the impact of deep sea sample collection on mechanical parameters of cobalt rich crusts is little.
