【摘要】 建构性技术评估(CTA)是20世纪80年代首先兴起于西欧的一种技术管理战略和政策分析工具。CTA强调在技术发展的实际过程中调动各类因素,积极对技术进行建构;其特性表现为主体多元性、反身性、动态性和试验性四个方面;技术驱动、战略生境管理和创造连结是其基本的战略模式。CTA对我国的启示,一是要注重对技术发展本身的认识和管理,二是要培养公众对技术发展的参与意识。更多还原

【Abstract】 Constructive technology assessment, which arised du ring the 1980s in western Europe, is a new technological management strategy and tool for policy analysis. Different from the traditional policy pattern based o n investment analysis, CTA focuses on the practical construction of technology d uring the whole process of technological development. The characters of CTA can be identified as four aspects: multi-subjectives, reflexive, dynamic, and exper imental; and its strategic patterns can be identified as three kind: technology forcing, strategic niche management, and stimulation/creation of alignment. The enlightenment of CTA to China is to concern the technological development itself on one hand, and on the other, to develop the public consciousness of participa ting in technology development.更多还原
