【摘要】 目的 :探讨螺旋 CT三维重建对颌面部疾病诊治的临床应用价值。方法 :对 19例患者进行螺旋 CT扫描 ,层厚 2 m m,应用表面阴影显示法进行三维图象重建 ,用不同的旋转轴观察不同的三维病变图像。结果 :螺旋 CT三维重建能清楚显示病变的立体解剖图象及与周围结构关系 ,为手术设计和指导治疗提供了客观依据。结论 :螺旋 CT三维重建有利于明确病变的范围及与周围的关系 ,有利于手术方案的设计和实施更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the clinical applicationof three-dimensional spiral CT in maxillofacial diseases.Methods: A total of 19 patients with maxillofacial diseases were examined using spiral CT with the slice thickness of 2 mm.The surface shaded display (SSD)method was used for reconstruction of the three-dimensional (3D)images.The three-dimensional images of maxillofacial diseases were obtained by using various rotations.Results:The method clearly showed the three-dimensional anatomy and their relationships of the diseases,supplying objective foundation for operative plan.Conclusion: The three-dimensional CT is important in evaluating maxillofacial diseases,It can be used for clear locations and conditions of maxillofacial diseases and operative plans.更多还原
