酞菁包埋二茂铁聚合膜修饰电极对抗坏血酸的电催化

【摘要】 目的 :研究了聚四氨基酞菁铜包埋二茂铁聚合膜修饰电极 (PPc Fc)的制备和对抗坏血酸的电催化性质。方法 :用电聚合法在玻碳电极上制备了 PPc Fc,并用循环伏安法研究了其对抗坏血酸的催化性质。结果 :抗坏血酸在 PPc Fc修饰的玻碳电极上的氧化电位与裸玻碳电极相比被降低了 2 70 m V。结论 :PPc Fc修饰玻碳电极对抗坏血酸的氧化有良好的催化作用。

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the preparation of poly-copper tetraaminophthalocyanine film synthesized in the presence of ferrocene (PPcFc) and the electro-catalytic oxidation of ascorbic acid on PPcFc. Methods: The PPcFc film was prepared by electroploymerization on glass carbon electrode. The electro-catalytic property of PPcFc film in buffer solution was studied by using cyclic voltammetry. Results: The oxidation potential of ascorbic acid on glass carbon modified PPcFc was lowered by 270 mV in the negative direction compared with that on galss carbon unmodified. Conclusion: PPcFc has better catalytic activity in the oxidation of ascorbic acid.
