上颌前牙受水平力情况下的三维有限元研究

【摘要】 目的 :探讨矫治过程中上颌中切牙及其牙周组织应力分布状况。方法 :运用有限元法建立模型 ,观察模型的不同部位同一载荷下受力情况。结果 :牙体的不同部位及牙周膜内外表面主应力的差值较大。结论 :牙体受力部位越接近牙颈部 ,应力分布越均匀 ;牙周膜有缓冲作用。

【Abstract】 Objective:The aim of this study was to investigate the stress components that appeared in the periodontal tissue of maxillary central incisor when subjected to the same load in various positions. Methods:A maxillary central incisor model was made by three dimensional finite element method based on the average anatomic morphology of Chinese.Results:The stress decreased after passing through the periodontal ligament and the nearer to the cervix the position subjected to force was. the less the stress was. Conclusion: The nearer to the cervix the position subjected to force is,the better-distributed stress is; The periodontal ligament plays an important role in the transmission and cushion of forces acting on teeth.
