【摘要】 目的 :探讨 10例额颞枕叶胶质瘤脑叶切除结合放疗及化疗的效果。方法 :回顾近几年以来 ,我们对 10例额颞枕叶胶质瘤病人行脑叶切除同时结合放疗及化疗 ,术前均经头颅 CT或 MRI检查 ,术后经病理证实。结果 :生存 1年以上 9例 ,占 90%。3年以上 7例 ,占 70 %。生存 5年以上 3例 ,占 30 %。生存 7年 1例 ,占 10 %。结论 :胶质瘤的治疗是个综合治疗 ,术后配合放疗及化疗 ,但手术全切是提高病人术后生存率的关键。不仅能提高生存质量 ,而且可获得满意的疗效更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To evaluate the result of brain lobe resection of frontal temporal occipitotemporal lobe glioma combined with postoperative radiotherapy and chemotherapy in 10 patients. Methods : From the year of 1994, we treated 10 patients with glioma, all of the cases were examined by CT and MRI before operation and pathology was proved after operation. Results: Over one year survival in 9 cases,over 3-year survival in 7,over 5 in 3 and over 7 in 1. Conclusion: Patients survival rate could be raised by brain lobe resection which is essential for glioma treatment, combined with radiotherapy and chemotherapy postoperatively.更多还原
