【摘要】 目的 :本文通过对一组精索静脉曲张病例的研究 ,评价血液磁极化与中药联合治疗精索静脉曲张的效果。方法 :血液磁极化与中药联合治疗精索静脉 2 70例 ,单纯中药治疗组 15 0例 ,治疗后随访 3～ 32个月。结果 :在治疗后第 10周精子计数 ,活动率、活动力均较治疗前有显著改善 (P <0 .0 1)两组比较 ,血磁加中药组的精子参数改善更为明显 (P <0 .0 1)在治疗后 16周联合组的精子参数恢复状况仍有明显优势 ,随访其间血磁加中药组妊娠 182例 ,占 6 7.4 % ,单纯中药组妊娠 92例 ,占 6 1.3% ,两组妊娠无显著差异 (P>0 .0 5 )。结论 :血磁方法优于单纯中药治疗更多还原

【Abstract】 objective: To evaluate blood-magnet therapy combined with Chinese medicine to treat varicocele. Methods:270 cases were treated by blood-magnet therapy combined with Chinese medicine,150 cases treated only with Chinese medicine, and all cases were observed 3～32 months after treatment. Result: The number, motility, and activity of sperm at the 10th week after treatment shown great improvement than before treatment (P<0.01), with much greater improvement in blood-magnet therapy combined with Chinese medicine group in which. at the 16th week after treatment, the sperm parameters still greatly improved. There were 182 cases of pregnancy in the combined treatment group, with the percentage of 87.4, while there were 92 cases of pregnancy in the Chinese medicine treatment group, with the percentage of 61.3,with no obvious difference in two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion: The blood-magnet therapy is superior to Chinese medicine treatment alone.更多还原
