【摘要】 目的 :研究苦参素对肝星状细胞增殖及 型胶原合成的影响 ,阐明其抗肝纤维化的作用机制。方法 :采用袁桃霞 [1 ]等的肝星状细胞的分离方法和 MTT法 (甲基噻唑基四唑 ,m etyl thiazolyl tetronzolium)及 ABC免疫酶染色方法分别检测肝星状细胞增殖及 型胶原合成的影响。结果 :苦参素能明显抑制肝星状细胞的增殖及 型胶原的合成 ,并呈剂量依赖性更多还原

【Abstract】 objective:To study the effects of Kwoninone on hepatic stellate cell proliferation and procollagen Ⅰsynthesis to make clear its mechanism of action on liver fibrosis.Methods:The proliferation and synthesis of procollagen Ⅰwas measured by MTT bioassay,and immunocytochemistry.Result: Kwoninone significantly inhibited hepatic stellate cell proliferation and procollagenⅠ synthesis.Conclusion:The Kwoninone has anti-hepatic fibrosis effect through inhibiting hepatic stellate cell proliferation and procollagenⅠ synthesis.更多还原
