焊接构架疲劳强度的评估方法
Fatigue Strength Evaluation of Welded Frame
【摘要】 为适应国际铁路联盟UIC标准中规定用Goodman图进行焊接构架的疲劳强度评估,且为目前我国提速及高速转向架普遍采用焊接构架,研究焊接构架疲劳强度评估方法。首先介绍了焊接构架疲劳强度评估的思路以及(UIC)ORE B12委员会确定疲劳强度评估值的方法;其次提出了基于概率理论以及疲劳理论的两种确定疲劳强度评估值的新方法;最后通过实际应用比较,给出了最佳方法。
【Abstract】 The UIC regulated that the fatigue strength of welded frame should be evaluated by Goodman diagram,the weldedframe has been adopted at large in speed-up and high-speed bogies, so it is very important to study the fatigue strength evalua-tion of welded frame. The evaluation thoughts was firstly introduced and the method of ascertaining evaluating value adopted byORE B12 committee was given; Secondly, Two new methods based on probability and fatigue theory put forward; finally,through practical applying and comparing are given the best method.
