【Abstract】 Until now,there is few papers about the function of scientific and technological incubator during the establishing regional innovative networks.In This paper,me chanism of scientific and technological incubator in accelerating to form region al innovative networks is analyzed,in basis of analyzing the composing elements and processing of regional innovative networks forming.Finally,suggestions to st rengthen the function of scientific and technological incubator in establishing regional innovative networks are put forward.更多还原
