【摘要】 组织类型、组织结构约束着企业技术创新能力和创新绩效。层级组织安排、准市场组织安排 (网络组织 )和市场组织安排下企业创新绩效不同。由于组织设计上的缺陷和认识偏差 ,中国企业偏好独立技术开发 ,忽视网络组织在技术创新中的作用。文章剖析了中国企业技术创新中的组织缺陷 ,建议以技术联盟作为中国企业进行技术创新的首选组织类型更多还原

【Abstract】 The ability and the effectiveness of the enterprise technological innovation are affected by the typology and structure of the Enterprise. There are different innovational effectiveness among the grand organization,quasi-marketed organization and marketed organization. Because there are defectiveness in design and deviation in recognition, Chinese enterprise like exploit technology single-handed,and disregard the effectiveness of the network organization. Author analyze defectiveness of the Chinese enterprise,suggest the Chinese enterprise should choose technology alliance firstly to innovate new technology.更多还原
