【摘要】 随着经济全球化进程的加速,各国政府纷纷调整本国的产业政策,以适应新形势下经济全球化带来的挑战。日本国家的产业政策尤其是其科技补贴政策,对我国加入WTO后的产业政策的制订具有很好的借鉴作用。通过研究日本国家产业技术政策的历史演变,分析日本科技补贴政策与WTO规则的适应性与冲突性,提出了制定我国科技政策的建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the acceleration of the global economy, all countries in the world are adjusting their s&t subsidy policy to meet the challenge. As one of the most developed countries, Japan’ s can be used for reference by China.
