【Abstract】 The current information technology revolution has stepped into the phase of restructuring after it experienced recession at the turn of the century. It is of great significance to recognize the economic impact of the information technology revolution. On the one hand, IT revolution lowers production costs, accelerates enterprises’ decision and promotes transnational investment.
