【摘要】 为了分析和解决中国金融风险问题,通过对中国金融风险隐患中出现的问题的详尽论述,展示了在银行资产质量、非银行金融资产风险、金融资源配置、股份公司及其证券、期货市场的规范性等方面存在的严重问题。通过对金融风险的深刻分析,提出了只有理顺银企关系,活化银行资产,加大对非银行金融机构的监管,在对外开放中加强金融管理,优化股权结构,完善金融立法等才能有效的防范和化解金融风险。更多还原

【Abstract】 The paper is to analyze and solve problem of hidden trouble of finance venture. Through describing it at large, we are showed many serious problems in capital quality of the bank, non bank finance capital venture, finance resource configuring, criterion of stock companies, negotiables securities and futures market. Through analyzing at large, the paper showed only if we deal well with the relation of banks and enterprises, make the bank capital alive, strongly superintend non-bank finance organizes and strongly manage finance in the open air, optimize structures of equity capital, perfect finance laws etc., we can keeping away and killing finance venture.更多还原
