【Abstract】 This paper identifies certain teleological and ontological fundamentals of logistics organizational ideologies by the adoption of a dynamic framework based on organic systems view.We then suggest certain principles and logistics organizational ideologies and clarify the relations between the practices of these logistics organizations and the basic thinking.Furthermore,given the changes logistics organizations are experiencing today,we discuss how the changes are viewed within the various ideologies.We conclude that there is a need for improved ability to deal with change with the change within logistics organizations,and that this can be achieved by adopting new theoretical and practical perspectives into the established ideologies of these organizations.更多还原
