联合风险投资的双赢机理与风险分析
The win-win mechanism and risk prevention in united venture capital investment
【摘要】 从经济学的角度,研究了联合投资通过收益与风险分摊以达到投资方双赢的内在数学机理,分析了风险投资中联合投资的四大现实意义,并探讨了中国联合投资的现状以及可能遭遇的风险。
【Abstract】 From the point of economy,this paper discusses the internal mathematics mechanism of win-win by the share of profit and risk in united investment,then analyzes four actual meanings,and discuses the status quo of united investment and the possible risk of united investment in our country.
