【摘要】 简要介绍HEPA/ULPA过滤器的性能测试有代表性的方法,并进行对比分析。

【Abstract】 Breif introduces the types of HEPA/ULPA filter and their performance respectively.Analyzes the features of the performance-tesing methods which are of representative, and comment on them.
