家蚕新品种苏菊×明虎的高温适应性研究
Study on the Adaptation to the High Temperature of Silkworm New Race Suju × minhu
【摘要】 调查了苏菊×明虎在高温饲育环境中生产适应性和生理抵抗力的变化。结果表明,该品种自3龄起蚕开始在持续32℃~35℃的高温环境中,幼虫的抗病能力、生存力和蚕茧生产能力有所下降,但仍能保持基本生产性能。血液中的SOD和CAT活性随饲育温度增高而升高;肠液AKP活性随高温而下降。3龄起蚕开始每日32℃短时间冲击3~12h,幼虫的抗病能力、生存力和蚕茧生产能力也受到不同程度的影响,其中3h区影响最小,6h区影响最大;对幼虫血液SOD、CAT及肠液AKP活性的影响,也以6h影响最大。
【Abstract】 This research investigated the change of productive adaptation and physiological resistance to high rearing temperature of sillkworm race SUJU × MINGHU. The results showed that this race can keep its basic productive capability at 32 ℃ - 35℃ ,but decrease in the resisting power to disease, viability, and cocoon productivity. And increase in the activation of SOD and CAT of larval blood, decrease in the AKP activation of intestinal juice,along with to rise rearing temperature from 25℃ to 35℃ .The effects of different duration of heat treatment on resisting power to disease, vibility, and cocoon productivity have different degrees, after the larvae treated with 32 ℃ for 3 - 12 h daily from the 3 in-stars.The weakest one’s is the 3 hours,and the most grievous one’s in the 6 hours of heat treatment daily.The most grievous effect on activation of larval blood SOD and CAT also is the 6 hours.
