侧向加载下套筒冠义齿的三维有限元应力研究
The Three-dimensional-finite-element Stress Study of Telescopic Denture under La teral Forces.
【摘要】 目的 :利用有限元法研究牙槽骨有不同程度吸收时基牙和基托下支持组织所受的应力 ,为缓冲型套筒冠义齿的临床应用提供依据。方法 :建立两种套筒冠义齿的三维有限元模型 ,在侧向加载的情况下对支持组织的生物力学进行分析。结果 :在侧向加载的情况下 ,与非缓冲型套筒冠相比 ,缓冲型套筒冠义齿可均匀分配基牙及基托下支持组织的应力 ;随着牙槽骨吸收程度的增加 ,基牙及基托下支持组织的应力增加 ,但缓冲型套筒冠义齿可降低其增加幅度。结论 :缓冲型套筒冠可有效减小各种侧向力对牙周支持组织的损伤 ,降低牙齿动度 ,有利于受损牙周组织的恢复
【Abstract】 Objective:To provide the basis for prosthodotic treatme nt of resilient telescopic denture in periodontal diseases.Methods:The three-dimensional-finite-element models of two kinds of telescopic de ntures were set up to study the stress of the supporting tissue of the abutments and denture bases under the lateral forces.Results:Compar ed to the non-resilient telescopic denture, the resilient one could distribute t he stress more evenly and reduce the displacement of the supporting tissue of th e abutments and denture bases. Both the stress and displacement of the supportin g tissue of the abutments and denture bases were increased under the lateral for ces, but the resilient one could deduce the increased magnitude.Concl usions:Telescopic denture, especially the resilient one, possesses go od splint-fixing ability and could significantly deduce tooth mobility of the pa tients with periodontal diseases.
