牙釉质表面处理对离子交换树脂转移钙离子能力的影响
Effects of Treating Enamel Surface on the Ability of Transferring Calcium Ion int by Ion Exchange Resin.
【摘要】 目的 :探讨牙釉质表面经喷粉抛光技术处理对离子交换树脂转移钙离子能力的影响。方法 :将新鲜离体牙釉质小块 ,经喷粉抛光技术处理表面后 (对照组不处理 ) ,分别浸泡在 45Ca离子交换树脂生理盐水溶液中 ,经 0 .5、2、12h后 ,测量放射活度计数。结果 :实验组 0 .5h前、后牙釉质中已有 45Ca离子大量转入 ,分别可达 9.3 5 0、10 .92 5个放射活度计数 /mm2 ;2h转入量达高峰 ,可达 17.199、2 3 .72 5个放射活度计数 /mm2 ;12h有所下降 ,可达 15 .675、17.83 7个放射活度计数 /mm2 。实验组和对照组经配对t检验 (P <0 .0 0 5 ) ,统计学具有显著性差异。结论 :牙釉质表面覆盖的获得性膜是阻挡离子交换树脂转移钙离子进入牙釉质的重要因素之一 ,喷粉抛光技术去除获得性膜是有效的
【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the effects of the ability of transferring calcium ion by ion exchange resin after airpolishing technique on the enamel surface .Methods:Immerse the pieces of enamel ,which had just been pulled out from the oral cavity, into the 45Ca ion exchange resin and CaCl 2 solutions after airpolishing on the enamel surface (control group not treated),After 0.5 hour,2 hours and 12hours,the counts of radiation from samples were measured.Results:Before and after 0.5hour,there was a great mass of 45Catransferred into the enamel for the experimental group, and the counts of radiation were 9.350 and 10.925 / mm 2, respectively; the peak of transferring occurred after 2 hours, and the counts were 17.199 and 23.725 mm 2 ;after 12 hours,the amount decreased,and the counts were 15.675 and 17.837/ mm 2. There was statistically significant difference between experimental and control group, proved by paired t-test (P<0.005).Conclusions:The acquired pellicle covered on the enamel surface was one of the important factors which resisted transferring calcium ion into the enamel by ion exchange resin, and it was effective to remove the acquired pellicle by airpolishing technique.
